  • Candidates are advised to confirm the fee structure/ any other additional fee or hidden charges from the colleges especially Deemed Universities/Private Colleges before admission. Some colleges might have high fee structure, therefore confirmation about the fee should be made before hand, and MCC of DGHS takes no responsibility of the fee structure of the colleges and will not entertain any request or complaint regarding Fee Structure

  • The Service charges paid towards various packages are to support the students on technical depth of counseling process. Our team works hard on collecting authentic information’s, cut-off trends, probabilities of admissions. However, Counselling Service is not any Guarantee of admission.
  • The service charges may change time to time as per situations.
  • We Work hard on making strategies based upon student’s NEET Score. Before booking we discussed all possibilities a seat according to your choice and Budget. We do not accept bookings if we feel chances are less to get a seat as per budget and NEET Score.
  • The only objective of our services is to guide the student properly so that they can secure a MBBS Seat. However, there will be No Refund in following Conditions.
  • Students are advised to give their correct contact details so that communication can be made anytime. The updates will be delivered by SMS, Phone Call & WhatsApp form our end. However, the career services shall not be responsible for any technical issue arises from user end regarding receiving of Updates.
  • The students/Parents are advised to submit all required documents and Correct information on time. The management shall not be responsible for any problems raised due to delayed availability of Document or wrong information given by Students/Parents.
  • Students/Parents are advised to co-operate with our Experts/Team Leaders to attend all suggested counselling of states. The admission is completely based upon NMC Counselling guidelines procedure.
  • Students/Parents are advised to not to change the password or Choice sequences without informing your assigned counselor. In case the password is changed or any change is made in college sequence without informing us, the services shall be immediately discontinued. No any refund can be claimed in such conditions.

The Student does not Join allotted college due to any personal reason. Once the student joins an MBBS College in any state/any budget, it may be with help of our services or through any other sources / counsellor or by themself, there will be No refund as the student has secured an MBBS Seat. No Refund If the student/parents accept allotment through any sources by increasing budget or changing their choices. If there remain any dues against our Service charges or registration form charges, they will have to clear it immediately.
